Today, Hon. Abisola Omisore, Vice Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, together with the Ikeja Community Development Committee (CDC) Chairperson and Secretary, convened a strategic meeting with Mr. Tijani Momoh and his team to further deliberate on the planned deployment of MTN’s fibre-optic internet infrastructure across key areas of Ikeja.
The engagement focused on aligning community interests with the technical and implementation plans for the project, ensuring minimal disruption while maximizing long-term impact. The proposed fibre rollout is expected to significantly enhance internet access, support digital inclusion, stimulate economic growth, and create new opportunities for businesses, students, and residents.
