A New Year of Care and Commitment: Hon. Abisola Omisore Leads Compassionate Outreach to Alausa Communities

In a continued demonstration of compassion and service to the people, the Executive Vice Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Hon. Abisola Omisore, in collaboration with Omituntun Food Relief and in partnership with Miho Inspection System Nigeria Limited, once again extended a hand of kindness to the community.

Through this well-coordinated outreach, essential food items such as rice, groundnut oil, sugar, and salt were distributed to 1,000 families in Alausa, easing the burden on households and ensuring that many homes began the New Year with renewed hope and dignity. The initiative was thoughtfully designed to reach vulnerable families, reinforcing the commitment of the local leadership to inclusive welfare and people-centered governance.

Beyond the material support, the gesture carried a deeper message—one of love, peace, unity, and shared responsibility. It highlighted the power of partnership between public officeholders, private organizations, and humanitarian groups in addressing community needs and fostering social cohesion.

This timely intervention not only brought festive cheer but also reaffirmed Hon. Omisore’s dedication to uplifting lives and strengthening community bonds, setting a positive tone for the year ahead and reminding residents that governance, at its core, is about service to humanity.
